We're ready for a chilly weekend with our mulled Wassail! Rich in flavour, deep in colour, and high in alcohol to warm the soul! 🍎⁠

We follow the Anglo-saxon method of creating a spiced cider for the wassailing tradition by preparing cinnamon, clove and orange peel bitters that we age in oak barrels then blend into a cider we have pressed and fermented from the best of British Columbia apples.⁠

🍐 COMING SOON 🍐 - A rare drink from a secret orchard. So rare in fact that we haven't made this cider in 3 years! Vancouver Island perry pears have produced this exquisitely dry sparkler, combining classic English style with Vancouver Island’s pioneering roots. Sea Cider’s Perry is made with true perry pears – a type of pear grown only for crafting Perry – a drink originating in northern France and Britain. ⁠Perry is now produced in many countries using a variety of entirely conventional pears.⁠
