Prohibition Mai Tai

Dive into summer with a tropical Mai Tai, made with our Prohibition or Rumrunner sparkling cider!

HOW TO MAKE:

  • 3oz Sea Cider Prohibition or Rumrunner
  • ½oz Amaretto
  • 1 ½oz Manitou Orange and Sumac Liqueur
  • 1oz Lime Juice
  • Pineapple Juice

Combine cider, amaretto, orange and sumac liqueur and lime juice and shake with ice. Strain and serve over fresh ice. Top it off with pineapple juice to taste – enjoy!
