Hot Mulled Wassail
Hot mulled cider is a staple in the winter here at Sea Cider. Stop by our tasting room this December and enjoy a complimentary glass of our famous mulled cider, or pick up a couple bottles of Wassail and try out this recipe at home!
1 x 750ml bottle Sea Cider Wassail
3 cups apple juice
1 heaping Tbsp Sea Cider Mulling Spices
1 Tbsp Honey
3 Orange Slices
Heat cider on low until cider is hot but not boiling, add spices, stir and allow to steep for at least 30 minutes (best if allowed to steep for several hours). Serve in fancy mugs. If you’re hosting a get-together, make the mulled cider in a crock pot and keep it on low for non-stop sipping throughout the party.
Optional: Garnish with a cinnamon stick or orange slice
