Sea Cider Takes Home SIX Medals At Great Lakes International Cider And Perry Competition (GLINTCAP) 2019
The 14th Annual Great Lakes International Cider & Perry Competition was held May 15-17, 2019 in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. This competition is the largest cider competition in the world, and it has grown to accommodate more than thousands of entries from 10+ different countries since the competition’s debut in 2005. This year’s competition was yet again the world’s largest ever cider judging. 1,584 total entries were judged from professional and amateur cidermakers across the globe.
Sea Cider was thrilled to take home medals four medals in the following categories:
Wild English – Silver – “Traditional Cider – Dry”
Bittersweet – Silver – “Traditional Cider – Sweet”
Pippins – Bronze – “Heritage Cider – Dry”
Ruby Rose – Bronze – “Spiced Cider”
Rumrunner – Bronze – “Wood Aged Cider”
Ginger Perry – Bronze – “Specialty Cider and Perry”
