This practice will focus on the foundations of yoga: Pranayama (breath techniques), Dhyana (meditation), Mantra (Sanskrit chanting) and Asana (yoga poses) while weaving in yoga philosophies and ancient yogic teachings.
You can also look forward to a magical Soundbath using crystal singing bowls to end your yoga experience before enjoying a glass of cider (non-alcoholic options available).
This class is suitable for all levels.
Come as you are. Yoga is for all bodies of every shape, size and ability.
Bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, any props (bloc
ks, bolster, blanket, eye pillow, etc) you might have to help find comfort and ease in your practice – and an open heart.
About Andrea Pecho
Yoga found me during one of the most challenging chapters of my life. After years of living with fibromyalgia, my body felt fragile and my spirit disconnected. Through yoga, I began to heal – physically, mentally, and emotionally. What started as a practice for relief became a lifeline, restoring strength, resilience, and a deep sense of purpose. Yoga didn’t just help me survive; it helped me come home to myself.
I have completed two 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, along with numerous workshop certifications, and continue to deepen my studies in nervous system regulation and holistic wellness. Today, I share the gift of yoga with compassion and care, creating spaces where students feel supported, safe, and empowered in their own healing journeys.
I offer Beginner, Hatha, and Vinyasa yoga, as well as Yoga Nidra, pranayama, Sanskrit mantra, guided meditation, and sound healing. My intention is to help others reconnect with their bodies, calm the nervous system, and rediscover joy, balance, and inner strength—on and off the mat.
