Sea Cider is an ideal choice for those looking to enjoy their special day in a rural setting that offers a beautiful venue, unique decor, and gracious service across a range of budgets. Sea Cider is a full service venue, and our staff will assist with every detail. We will liaise with the florist, the musician, the caterer, the officiant, and others to ensure all aspects of your event are well coordinated. And on the day of your event, our staff will take care of everything from set up to clean up, providing you with peace of mind so you and your guests can enjoy your special day.
The Ciderhouse is a stylish mix of west coast casual and agri-chic and is a fabulous setting for a ceremony or reception. With soaring ceilings, wrought iron chandeliers, and ocean views, character and beauty abound, without the need to spend time and money on excessive decorating.
Year-round, the Ciderhouse can accommodate up to 48 guests for a seated dinner or up to 100 for a stand-up reception. From May through September, add our elegant tent for up to 120 guests for a seated dinner or up to 160 for a stand-up reception.
Sea Cider partners with two of Victoria’s best catering companies: Truffles Catering and Food For Thought Catering. With exceptional service, fantastic food, and menus that fit a range of budgets, our caterers work with the highest regard for quality and client satisfaction.
A Bevy of (well priced!) Beverages
In addition to our award-winning cider and artisan non-alcoholic beverages, event clients have the option of serving wine and beer with a Special Occasion License. We offer preferred pricing and minimal corkage fees.
The Little Details
* No need to find a separate venue for photographs! With our forest, orchard, and panoramic orchard views. Event clients may stage photo shoots onsite before or during the event.
* To ensure the ceremony goes smoothly, we offer complimentary rehearsal and pre-event meeting time.
* Use of our Library is provided as a private from from which the bridal party can arrive discreetly, and from where an ideal entrance to the ceremony can commence.
* Parking for up to 80 vehicles is included with venue, including specially designated space for buses and limousines. In the interest of safe driving, vehicles may be left overnight and we are happy to recommend transportation and we are happy to recommend transportation partners.
