Discover the intricate and intriguing  process of distilling cider to create Eau de Vie, used to fortify Pommeau; a celebrated French style cider aperitif that will be part of this cocktail tasting.

Join Sea Cider at Victoria’s most intriguing gala at the Royal BC Museum.

The Artifact or Artifiction gala starts with a cocktail reception followed by an introduction to the game by Emcee Tony Parsons, Anchor, CHEK News and CBC News Vancouver. From there, it’s up to the galleries where the game starts and party-goers are treated to a sumptuous grazing dinner and a selection of BC wines, beer and cider generously donated by Truffles Catering. After the game is over, delicious desserts are served as scorecards are tallied and grand prize winners are announced.
