This enchanting holiday cocktail party for 300 guests features a bubbly bar, delectable hors d’oeuvres, live, luxury and silent auctions, mystery boxes, a raffle and a few Winter Wonderland surprises. Sea Cider will be serving a special festive cocktail.
Jingle Soiree is an intimate dining experience offering gourmet food, wine pairings and live entertainment for 80 people. Jingle Soiree takes place immediately following Jingle Mingle at the beautiful Ivy Ballroom in the Fairmont Empress.
In 2012, Jingle Mingle and Jingle Soiree raised an unprecedented $1 million for cancer research on Vancouver Island. With your participation we look forward to making 2013′s Jingle Mingle and Jingle Soiree a resounding success. Sea cider Farm & Ciderhouse is thrilled to be a part of this fabulous evening!

Come raise a glass this Saturday, November 8th, and join the Mason Street City Farm and the Island Chefs Collaborative for a five-course feast from some of Victoria’s top chefs:

All proceeds from the event will go to Mason Street City Farm, a 1/4-acre market garden in the heart of downtown Victoria. The farm is raising funds to make its aquaponics greenhouse truly sustainable with a solar electric power system, and continue a paid internship program to train Victoria residents to start their own urban agriculture businesses.
Enjoy beer and wine pairings with each course. Wear your muck boots with your fancy pants, and prepare to be inspired and satisfied!

Come raise a glass and join us as Crush ~ A Fine Wine Affair ~ returns as the Belfry Theatre’s fundraising event of the season. The beautiful Inn at Laurel Point provides the perfect setting for an evening of fine wine, sumptuous food, and exceptional company. Executive Chef Takashi Ito will dazzle your palate with exquisite cuisine paired perfectly with the fine wines poured by our vintner friends.
The evening will culminate with a Fine Wine Auction of rare and hard to find bottles of wine from around the world. This offering of exceptional wines includes something for everyone.

Celebrate The Fairmont Empress Sustainability Week with this unique family-style Harvest Table Dinner. The three-course dinner created by Executive Chef Morgan Wilson will highlight local and sustainable food offerings, and feature speakers from Ocean Wise™ and theLifeCycles Project on how they are championing the change towards sustainable practices in the food industry.
Sea Cider’s Kings & Spies will be paired at the feast which is fitting as it’s crafted in partnership with Lifecycles from a blend of local heritage apples – primarily Kings and Northern Spies – yielding a fruit-forward, Italian-style sparkling cider. Proceeds from this cider support Lifecycles.
